We start in 2025 in areas with cheap land

We plan to build our first factory building in Unken, province of Salzburg, Austria in 2024 and start production in 2025. Homeownership cheaper than rental housing will be our battle cry. The dream of owning your own home combined with society's dream of a clean, crisis-proof and durable energy supply.

In Germany alone, 2,600,000 ha are wasted for the cultivation of energy crops. It is called “biofuel” and “biogas”, but the cultivation has absolutely nothing to do with nature or organic. One hectare of corn cultivation for biogas yields a paltry 17 MWh of electricity per year.
An optimized settlement area with our houses has 50 times the annual yield, 850 MWh of electricity, grid feeding according to demand through sufficient accumulators.
